Grassroots Harm Reduction Network arms peer-based orgs and consumers with materials, education, and resources to support people who use drugs in their local communities.

Usually (but not always) a recreational drug user who cares deeply about other humans — especially other people who use drugs. Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely selfless: they show up for community, not for personal gain. They're sex positive, stand with sex workers, and aren't afraid to speak loudly about beliefs the world rarely makes room for. This community calls to harm reduction workers, peer supporters, and advocates who want to connect across cities and regions — sharing what's working, asking hard questions, and building something real together with people who finally get it.

Energetic and activating, yet grounded in trauma-informed care — this space is frank, nonjudgmental, and deeply human. People here say the quiet parts out loud because being truly seen is the whole point.
